What are your shipping costs?
There is a $7.00 flat fee for all items, whether you order one item or several items. Separate shipping fees apply if your item returns undeliverable due to an incorrect address you entered and you want to reorder the same item.

When will my item arrive?
Your item or items should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Items are mailed via UPS or USPS and may arrive later due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. Please ensure you enter your correct street address including apartment numbers or letters. We will contact you via email if your item is returned due to an incorrect address.

Are all items gently used?
Items are new or gently used. There will be a description of every item with pictures included. Please note gently used means the items were possibly worn, hanging in a store for a short period of time or tried on in a store. We do not sell stained nor torn items.

Do you wash gently used items?
We do not wash items due to possible allergic reactions caused by detergents, softeners, etc. Your item will be handled with care and packed carefully.

Can I request an item?
The simple answer is yes. Please send an email to nina@apricotsugar.com and specify the item you are searching for. The description should also include the exact size, color, style you desire, etc. All emails will be returned within 3 business days. Additional fees will apply.
Do you provide refunds?
A refund will only be granted if your item is returned by the carrier to Apricot Sugar due to an incorrect mailing address as undeliverable. You will be contacted via email to obtain a correct mailing address. Shipping fees will apply for items returned due to an undeliverable address.

May I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Please ensure you read the description of an item and view all pictures carefully. You may email us at nina@apricotsugar.com to see additional pictures.

What information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us, our products, purchasing products or when you contact us. Personal information including billing information is kept confidential. Your personal and billing information will not be sold to a third party.
